The Seacoast United Foundation hosted the annual Bob Masi Memorial Golf Tournament at the Ledges Golf Club in York, ME, to benefit the soccer scholarship program in his name.

The Bob Masi Memorial Soccer Scholarship is the largest scholarship program offered by the Foundation, which is proud to be able to assist so many families with their soccer tuition fees. 

Seacoast United has announced tryout dates for the 2012/13 U11-U18 Soccer Club and U.S. Development Academy teams.  Tryouts will take place at the Club's Outdoor Complex in Epping, NH, rain or shine.  Click here for full tryout information by age group, including online registration.

Striker Dylan George managed to find the equalizer with a blast to the low right corner in extra time of Sunday evening’s 1-1 draw with visitor CFC Azul in the Seacoast United Phantoms’ PDL home opener at Portsmouth High School.  George, who also scored the game winner away at Worcester last weekend, has scored twice and added an assist in the Phantoms’ first three matches of the 2012 season.  Click here to read more.

The Seacoast United Phantoms opened their 2012 National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) schedule on Saturday evening, hosting FC New York under the lights at Portsmouth High School resulting in a 2-2 draw.  Phantoms' goals were scored by Christian Rodriguez and Jimmy Petruccelli.  Click here to read the full match report.

Seacoast United's U16 and U18 Development Academy squads saw a successful Sunday on the field in their matches vs. the New England Revolution Development Academy teams.  The U16's won 1-0, and Seacoast's U18's tied 2-2.  Read the full match reports here.

After tying the first place NY Cosmos on April 29th by a score of 2-2 in New York, the SUSC ‘96 Pre-Academy squad hosted the first place Cosmos (13-3-3) one week later in Epping and defeated the league leaders by a score of 1-0.  The lone goal of the game was scored by forward Mason Brummett off a long cross from midfield by defender Sterling Weatherbie.  The game also marked goalkeeper Cody Sedler’s fifth shut out of the season.  Coached by Corlton Simmons and Tim Farrell, the ‘96 Pre-Academy boys (8-8-3) are undefeated in their last seven games and  will close out the season with games against Oakwood and South Central later this month.

Seacoast United is proud to offer such a unique soccer tournament that will give players an opportunity to play at a first-class facility and test their ability against competition from all over New England.  This tournament is designed for U9-U14 boys and girls that play at the classic and travel level.  Games will take place Memorial Day Weekend:  May 26th-28th.  Click here for full event details and online regsitration.
