The Seacoast United Soccer Club is based in Hampton, New Hampshire, about 50 miles north of Boston, MA, USA. Seacoast United was formed in 1992 devoted to promoting the game of soccer and serving over 5000 players in the Southern NH, Northern MA and Southern ME area. In the 2011/2012 season, the Seacoast United Soccer Club consists of 46 teams (700+ players), ages U-11 through our minor league PDL/NPSL/WPSL teams. We are affiliated with U.S. Soccer Development Academy, the US Youth Soccer Association (USYSA), US Club Soccer and the USL.
The Seacoast United Soccer Club Nike Footwear Cards from WeGotSoccer were dropped in the mail over the New Year’s weekend and should be arriving in your home mailboxes this week! This includes all players from the Jr. Academy, U15-U18 teams, and those on the U11-U14 teams who did not receive their cards in August.
On the back of winning the Super Y National Championship less than a month ago, the Seacoast United U16 girls carried their confidence to the Disney Showcase and returned to New Hampshire with another championship trophy. The Disney Showcase took place at the Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando Florida from December 31, 2011-January 3rd 2012, hosting 300 teams within the U15-U17 age brackets and is noted as one of the biggest college showcases in the country.
Players from Seacoast United Soccer Club were nominated and selected for the 2011/12 Super Y-League Olympic Development Program National Camps. Those nominated were identified as one of the top players within their birth year, and are also among the top 2% of players in the Super Y-League.
Seacoast United’s Lydia Simmons has been invited to train with the US Women’s U17 National Team at their domestic training camp to take place in San Diego, CA during the week of December 11-18th. The training camp will be held at the US Olympic Training Center, playing an important role in the evaluation of players as this age group continues to progress into World Cup qualifying.
